About the Role
- Accountable of implementing AIA proposition through PA channel to uplift productivities, increase penetration and enhance customer experiences.
- Planning and monitoring business strategy with high quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. AIA Proposition Implementation (40%):
_Proposition Implementation to ensure PA proposition aligned with corporate proposition strategy._
- Partner with Product & Marketing function and sales team to implement AIA proposition and develop product roadmap/ bundling products/services targeted which are aligned with Nest and Exchange's segmented customers.
- Connect AIA, marketing team and local Nest and Exchange office's capabilities and resources to create compelling propositions
- Consult and participate test and learn process with Agency Strategy team to support new initiatives/ project to identify customer needs, opportunities and pain-points.
- Drive launching/implementation of new products/campaigns

2. Performance Analytics and Planning (30%): to implement strategy & planning from Agency Strategy team to PA channel.
- Analyse performance, facts and propose key factors of action plans, schemes to drive business objectives and drivers.
- Consult in process of designing customer promotion campaign and sales contest under budget control in alignment with Agency Strategy team.
- In charge of performance management to identify best practice of success and support low performance areas/ team for improvement.

3. Business Quality Management (30%): to monitor and ensure PA business quality standards
- Manage persistency performance
- Monitor leading indicators to ensure high quality business, such as recruitment, sales quality, turnover rate of agents, CFI.
- Work with Agency Business quality and Compliance in Investigation process.

Job Requirements:

- University degree and above in Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance
- Mastery knowledge of life insurance insights, business analysis and focasting, project/campaign management & implementation
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales activity management in Insurance Industry in which 3-4 years of management experience
- Stakeholder Management to provide constructive challenge and regular communicate functional strategic prioritizes.
- Project Management skills to manage & implement initiative projects
- Planning and organizing skills to implement proposition project and transfer process of models to PA
- Influencing skills to work, collaborate and convince others in order to achieve expected outcomes
- Operational Excellence to leverage analytical insights and digital solutions to enhance speed and quality of decisions as well as work efficiency.
- Business Planning & Data Analytics to provide deep dive analysis of sales performance & solutions to channel
