As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and ensuring implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Reporting to Local Division Manager, VN, oversee all marketing activities, and support Sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Creating, planning, and ensuring implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
- Establishing product marketing targets and budgets. Ensuring their achievement through regular oversight, and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
- Developing and implementing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups. Preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market
- Coordinating market analyses with Product Marketing team and Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Driving sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each Salesperson. Ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
- Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Coaching, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies
- Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s)

**Your background**:

- Bachelors/master’s in engineering - 8-10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, Tendering
- Should be a dynamic leader who has had experience in setting up, growing, and leading a business unit
- Having experience with change management and driving business growth through operational excellence
- Having great communication skills, a people person who’s able to convey strategy & plans in a clear and concise manner to get the team aligned with the overall vision, mission, and goals
- You should innovative and not afraid to try new ways or concepts of doing things
- Loving and embracing tough challenges and open to changes
- Should be proficient in English
