**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Game Portal Operations Specialist** to oversee and enhance user engagement, manage content, and support our growing community on our game portal. This role requires a mix of content management, community interaction, and user support, while also providing valuable insights to the Product Owner to drive continuous improvement

**1. Content Management**:

- Moderate and manage user-generated content such as chat messages, comments, and social posts.
- Create and publish engaging posts, including official announcements and social posts to keep the community informed and entertained.
- Develop creative content, such as game-related images, guides, and tutorials, to enhance user experience.

**2. Community Interaction**:

- Actively engage with users through chat, forums, and social media, fostering a positive and vibrant community.
- Organize and execute user engagement activities such as giveaways, contests, and special events.
- Provide support to users in a friendly and approachable manner, mimicking a fellow gamer for seamless interactions.

**3. User Support**:

- Address user inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
- Serve as a liaison between users and the development team, conveying technical issues and feedback accurately.

**4. Strategic Insights**:

- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to the Product Owner based on operational insights to enhance the game portal’s performance and user experience.

**5. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to align on strategies and objectives.
- Contribute to the ideation and planning of new features or campaigns to improve user retention and growth

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with users.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and develop compelling content.
- Analytical skills to assess user behavior and generate meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with online gaming communities and trends.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
