- Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains the recruitment process.

Update job descriptions to make sure hiring is accurate.

Responsibilities include ensuring that internal forms are completed, liaising with directors, setting up interviews, and scheduling interviews.

Report to the HR Director and CEO on the status of requirements, submissions, and interviews.

Planning and managing the budget for the recruitment process each year.

Ensure required monthly, and annual recruitment reports include recruitment status, cost,bonuses, commission, job fair expenses, and job board costs.

Establishing clear team goals and planning and setting key performance indicators for the recruitment team.

Keep track of recruiting metrics, such as time to hire and cost per hire.

Assist with the daily operations of the recruitment department, including the process of scheduling and setting up all interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.

Manage and motivate a team of recruitment professionals to make sure they provide excellent service, while also coaching and mentoring members of the team.
- ITPS Relationships:
Gather a summary of the recruiting request from the division or department.

Communicate with Division ITPS to gain a clear understanding of the client's hiring needs and organizational goals.

Determine appropriate salaries and remuneration for the Division ITPS.

The bridge between the Director of Division ITPS and the recruitment team is to talk about time for interviews and update the UNIT CV Form
- Internal Relationships:
Work with the IT team and the accountant to plan for the next round of hiring.

Work with Hiring Managers to figure out the qualifications for each position and help

The bridge between the employee and the C&B team is to resolve performance reviews and issues between the employee and the manager.

Take time to listen to employee problems and concerns.

Other support to HR team organizing event company, engagement activities, etc
- External Relationships:
Ensure that suppliers are working effectively by participating in interviews with

Establish and keep good relationships with external recruiters
