Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate outbound lead generation.
- Actively seek, re-engage and secure new business opportunities
- Call leads to convert to funded accounts and maintain leads in an organised manner on CRM
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Consistently meet and exceed the monthly sales target in terms of deposits, new accounts and funding rate
- Discuss and participate in sales events, product developments and promotions
- Liaise with the marketing department to promote lead acquisition and follow up on targeted marketing campaigns
- Provide feedback to marketing on success of promotional campaigns and client requirements/trends
- Educate clients on the use of MT4 and MT5 platforms, systems and trading processes
**Requirements**:
- Previous FX sales experience
- 3+ years in sales
- Ability to work under pressure, with minimum supervision
- Exceptional telephone manners
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge and passion for the FX market
- Transferrable client base (retail, corporate, HNWI’s or Institutional clients) preferred
- Experience of working within a competitive sales environment
- CRM experience is preferred
- Full proficiency in Thai and English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospects
- Drive and personal ambition to deliver targets and succeed in a fast-paced environment
