JOB PURPOSE
- Work with Clients to generate Software Requirements Specifications or Product Requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify business goals, stakeholders, and requirements.
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to define project scope.
- Gather requirements, and set up workshops or surveys to enrich requirements.
- Analyze requirements to define software requirements and specifications (SRS) and create product backlogs
- Analysis and modeling improved business processes/workflows, and data models.
- Outlining problems and their respective solutions
- Creating detailed reports, and making data analysis visualization.
- Support customers on product requirement verifications and user acceptance tests.
- Evaluate products/solutions on the markets.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Over 3 years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst
- Understanding SDLC, Networks, and Databases systems.
- Experience in 2 industries (Banking, Finance, Insurance, Security, Airlines, Ecommerce, Retail, Real Estate, Fintech, Data Analytics)
- Experience in 1 enterprise software project (ERP, CRM, BI,)
- Experience in writing Software Requirement Specifications or Functional Specifications
- Able to work in Agile or Waterwall
- Able to model processes, workflow, systems, use cases, and UIwith diagrams, tables, and mockups.
- Excellent writing and communication skills. Able to explain complex design items through documents and whiteboard sessions.
- Good in facilitating interdepartmental communication or client communication.
- Basic coding and software testing skills and tools.
- Familiarity with business structure and practices, including governance, auditing, cost-benefits analysis, SOP, RACI
- Preferable experience in Data projects.
