**Primary Responsibilities**
- Lead EDI implementation with new trading partners such as ocean carriers, rail lines, trucking partners, and terminal parties.
- Coordinate and test data integrity with key partners.
- Manage projects involving EDI enhancements, implementations, or restructures.
- Perform regular data audits and quality control; address data quality concerns with EDI partners.
- Define and execute EDI system backup and recovery procedures.
- Establish and enforce EDI system security policies, procedures, and technologies (including firewalls).
- Consult with users to clarify operational procedures and program objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for program development, logic, coding, and troubleshooting instructions.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of XML and XSD, including syntax, data types, and namespace management.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot EDI-related systems and products.

**Secondary Responsibilities**
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Assist in training colleagues and provide operational backup when needed.
- Complete additional assignments and special projects as required.

**Qualifications**

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in EDI systems, supply chain technology, or related technical field.

**Licenses/Certifications**:

- Certified EDI Professional preferred.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Supply Chain or Logistics certifications are advantageous.

- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Deep expertise in EDI standards, XML, and XSD.
- Proven experience managing complex integrations and trading partner relationships.

- Strong commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
