The _Key Account Manager, Vietnam _is responsible _for_ stakeholders’ engagement and promotion of Cepheid products to current and potential customers in the private sector. This role is also expected to conduct professional education for stakeholders, exhibit effective and strong collaboration with other commercial organization.
This position is part of our Vietnam Commercial organization, reporting to the Commercial Leader (Vietnam) and will be located in Vietnam. As the leader in Molecular Diagnostic market, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostics solutions.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with laboratory KOL customers and stakeholders of the hospital to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue.
- Develops wining strategic plans to drive business by understanding the clinical market landscape and competitions.
- Build and manage sales funnel for the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional organization to meet customer’s needs and address their pain point.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of related healthcare sales experience
- Experience in building and executing account strategy, engaging multiple call points within the hospital, including both laboratory and outside-of-the laboratory.
- Previous experience in the diagnostic or pharma industry
- Ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances in the market.
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- Relevant working experience in Molecular Diagnostic
- Demonstrate great business insight with success stories
- Creating a business case with the aim of demand generation
