**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 12 - 15 triệu VNĐ)
- To implement and maintain membership program.
- Proactively seek feedback on guest satisfaction and resolve problems.
- To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up.
- Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
- Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
- Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires.
- Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints.
- Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of VIP guests.
- Prepare requisition and distribution of amenities on a timely basis.
- Coordinate with Front Office Team to check the departure list for the following day - contact VIP guests to arrange airport transfers, if necessary.
- Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily.
- To conduct inspections of the public areas of the main lobby and library ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance and initiating appropriate action where necessary.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Work experience as a Guest Relation Officer preferably with experience in 4 star or 5 star hotels.
- Good at English and Japanese in both written and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and mindset of hospitality.
- Customer service skills, creative and well organized.
