MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Replying all questions/reviews from social media/ tripadvisor/ google
2. Engagement with guests and try to close the deal
3. Promote hotel outlets, services
4. Dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special request and any other issues.
5. Meet & greet guest upon arrival / check out to encourage them leaving good review on online platform.
6. Be visible at hotel lobby and other public areas, particularly during busy time to assist
7. Anticipate guests need & request
8. Offer current knowledge on all hotel products, services, policy and emergency procedures
9. Assist reception team in other tasks when necessary
10. Other tasks assigned by Hotel Manager
11. Report to reception AM and Manager.
**Working time**: 09:00 - 17:00, off 4-5 days / months (weekdays)

Fluent English, Chinese/Korean is a plus
Confident, outgoing, extrovert, love communicating with guests
Honest, teamwork, detailed oriented, problem solving, multi task, organized
Relevant experience 2 years strong engagement with customers
Good grooming and appearance
