**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**

**Bizman Sky**- a spectacular rooftop lounge located in Saigon will be opening soon. Bizman Skyserves a wide range of breakfast, brunch, biz-lunch, and relaxed dinners with well liquors. Being wholly owned and operated by Huge-Fam, Bizman Skywill be a welcoming space where business professionals can build business networking to share ultimate business opportunities to mingle friendly conversations with nights of mesmerizing music, unique menus, and cool 360-views of the city from the rooftop of a 15 story building.

In order to prepare a strongly professional team who well operates Bizman Sky, we are seeking right persons for the following positions:
**General Manager**
- Responsible for managing the Restaurant team and overall F&B target to give an excellent guest experience;
- Deliver Restaurant Budget goals and set short or long-term goals. Manage profitability of the Restaurant, revenue targets are completed;
- Make the progress for all activities, and standard service in Restaurant;
- Manage Human Resources: assignment of work, policy, training;
- Responsible for developing business of Restaurant, Banquets;
- Control procurement, and inventory of goods;
- Ensure full compliance the Restaurant operation control, policies, and service standard, handles with complaints;
- Understand of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies;
- Coordinate with the Head of the Restaurant team for the execution of activities and functions;
- Organize the implementation of innovative solutions, and improve service quality and revenue for the restaurant;
- Responsible for training and improving the professional skills, personality of Restaurant’s employees, based on company culture;
- Report the Restaurant operation to the BODs;
**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**

**II. Requirements**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or another related field;
- At least 5 years experience in Hospitality management;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Work independently and self-motivated and high integrity;
