**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Application area - ensure that development projects match business needs and requirements or stakeholders (internal or with customers), furnish end-user requirements, identify and resolve systems issues, conduct pre-testing of systems and make proper modifications.
- Application/services area - conduct presales study and engagement with customer to understand the needs and provide the necessary solutions, project manage the delivery of suggested solution and implementation as well as services delivery.
- Services area - confer with infrastructure and cloud engineers to ensure quality assurance, algorithmic consistency in our services offering.
- Services area - research and make recommendations on software products and services for procurement.
- Services area - do feasibility studies for customer on solution and give suggestions based on findings that align with our offering in vietnam.
- Management area - establish the operation process and procedure for vietnam offices across hcm and hanoi.
- Management area - supervising team of staffs in tasks assignment and quality of delivery.
- Management area - providing operation plan, execution and support in all services delivered by wiztech vietnam. - management area - manage and direct procedures for the overall operation team towards their utilization for business operations.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Management area - work closely with the general manager to establish the overall plan for the vietnam market and support the execution of the agreed plan.
- Management area - work closely with regional operation director to align all operation processes and procedures.
- Management area - overall technical resources planning and work closely with the human resource team to recruit the necessary resources to support projects and sales activities.

**Qualifications and education requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree is the minimum academic requirement.
- Certification in agile development will be prefer but is required.
- Training for corporate project management (cpm) skills and/or project management professional (pmp) or any job related experience is prefer but not necessary.
- Good communication skill.
- Good understanding of managed services, security and cloud technology.
- Managed an effective team of developers experience will be preferred.
- Good team player.
- Fluence in conversation in english is preferred.
- Able to write and present in english.
