**JOB SUMMARY**:
Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, contract, payment, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects (warehouses, factories, commercial fit-out, hospitalities.) including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborating with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Support on obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all project and construction operations, schedule, intermediate phases, and critical paths to ensure deadlines will be met
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the work of project and construction management consultants where applicable, main contractor, etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:
**Required Experience and Knowledge**:

- Above 6 years experience in Civil & Structural engineering for low and high-rise buildings.
- Having exposure to Architectural, MEP, A&A, and Contract & Costing (Budgetary) works.
- Planning and scheduling of projects.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in English is highly required.
- Proven experience as a construction project manager.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with construction/project management software.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A team player with leadership abilities.
- BSc/BEng in engineering, building science, or relevant fields.
- PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering.
