As a Business Development Executive, you will be managing fragrance library and various projects to support the Business Development Manager. You will assist in olfactory and training activities and be the point of contact for Regional Office for marketing and consumer market insights support. You will be responsible for timely customer forecasting, purchase order issuance, customer complaints and addressing requests and negotiations from clients.
**The Position**:
- Support the Business Development Manager (Fragrances), Vietnam in smelling sessions and training activities with the clients
- Providing support for the BDM in managing meetings/customer intimacy programs/events when it comes to communication, materials, products required
- Be the point of contact of the Regional Office for marketing requirements as well as CMI support -Deliver sales growth ensuring timely customer forecast; assisting customer on purchase order issuance; assisting the Business Development Manager on customer intimacy activities and quality complaints; managing delivery & shipment; negotiating delivery complaints and addressing requests of customer planners and purchasers
- Support to with expected increase in customer activities with growth plans for both Vietnam & Myanmar markets and enabling support in key customer acquisition activities.
- Partnering closely with BDM (Fragrances), Vietnam and Business Unit stakeholders in key categories with big bets projects
**Must-Have Skillsets**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Science, Marketing or relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B / FMCG Industries
- Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to have high level technical discussions with customers
- A creative thinker with an ability to identify innovative solutions to create new business opportunities
- A self-starter, independent and strong team player.
- Proficient in MS Office
**Salary**: 36,000,000₫ - 50,000,000₫ per month
