MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Act as the point of contact for Russian tourist groups arriving at the resort upon check-in
- Mainly responsible for contacting and receiving requests/bookings from Russiann guests, translating information related to the resort's services to guests
- Support the Department Head in contacts with Russian guests at the resort
- Meet and respond to customer feedback on service quality
- Mainly responsible for handling awards from Russian guests at the resort
- Support relevant departments in translating the resort's Russian documents
- Check the number of check-ins, check-outs, early check-ins and late check-outs
- Check and understand the number of guests who have booked rooms for the day and the following days
- Grasp information about customers' special requests to serve promptly
- Check with the housekeeping department to see if the room has been cleaned and ready to welcome guests
- Arrange rooms for guests, paying special attention to returning guests and VIP guests to have special room arrangements according to guests' habits
- Prepare welcome drinks to serve when guests arrive
- Greet guests, guide guests to check in, check out, and answer information related to the resort's products and services
- Receive guest reservation information
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
