This role is committed to achieving the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** - Collaborate and anticipate with other departments to avoid complaints; - Front line to meet and assist the guests with any enquiry and booking assistance; - Respond and resolve any guest’s complaints in collaboration with other HODs; - Improved the GSS and NPS through increasing the numbers of comments in online sources; - Promote, capture and increase the number of Melia Rewards; - Drive upselling initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities; - Contribute ideas for service improvements and innovation plans **REQUIREMENTS** - Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred); - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; - Proactive problem-solving abilities; - Excellent organization and planning skills; - 2 years in a similar position in the hospitality industry; - Fluency in Vietnamese (written and spoken); advanced English required.
