**Quotation**
- Research target industries and identify the areas where company’s offerings can be helpful to them.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for products or services, considering factors such as materials, labor, overheads, profit margins, and other associated costs.
- Technical Analysis: Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze technical specifications, drawings, and project scopes to accurately assess the resources required for each project
- Cost Estimation: Utilize cost estimation tools and methodologies to determine the cost breakdown of each project component, considering variables such as production processes, materials, labor rates, and equipment.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market prices, and competitor offerings to ensure that the company's quotations are competitive while maintaining profitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives, ensuring that quotations align with the client's needs and expectations.
- Customization: Tailor quotations to address specific client needs, highlighting value-added features and benefits that differentiate the company's offerings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all quotations, pricing details, and communication with clients, providing a comprehensive overview of the quoting process
- Review and Approval: Collaborate with management and senior stakeholders to review and approve quotations before submission to clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline the quotation process, enhance accuracy, and improve response time.
- Client Communication: Address client inquiries and clarifications regarding quotations, providing timely and accurate information to support the sales process.
- Having knowledge or experience in Wire harness, cable is an advantage

**Value Engineering**
- Analysis and development of solutions for all product-related issues in production for all process automation-related products like isolated barriers and signal conditioners under consideration of the special requirements of intrinsic and functional safety
- Able to work in a cross-functional team environment, with close communications with IE engineering teams, production, and R&D
- Basic analysis of wire harness, cable design and create/change Bill of Material for all process automation-related products like isolated barriers and signal conditioners
- Performance test and evaluation including generation of functional/qualification reports during all phases of the product life cycle
- Generate ECR/ECN for engineering/design-related change for improvement or containment of product/design issue
- Release ECR/ECN for R&D documents update on new/existing product(s)
- Support/Coordinate evaluation run on alternative parts due to material shortage or improvement on the existing design due to customer complaint (Incident case)
- Provide solution(s) for technical related issue(s)
- Ensure successful introduction and smooth transfer of new Product Launch to manufacturing site
- Maintain proactive communications with Production to gain timely feedback to Value Engineering on product design/quality performance
- First contact with Product/Continuation Management and Value Engineering team

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- A minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Product Development or New Product Manufacturing with at least 5 years in mechatronic/ Electric/ mechanical or automotive products
- Proficient in English both verbal and written communication
- Possess theoretical & practical knowledge & experience to develop, improve, industrialize & introduce new and existing products
- Good in common design software, such as AutoCAD, Solidworks
- Drafting tools; basic theoretical and practical knowledge in analog and wire harness, cable design
- Understand & possess real-world experience in key statistical analysis tools (e.g. DoE, SPC), and be able to demonstrate & adapt to different scenarios.
