1. Licensing
- Handling the licensing work of the Company (IRCs, ERC) to cover the Company's business scope;
- Drafting necessary documents for the projects of the Company.

2. Intellectual property
- Providing daily intellectual property advice, in liaison with the Head Quarter legal team to update, register, file for the intellectual property rights of the Company and Group;
- Handle the enforcement cases (i.e. copycat, counterfeit, etc.) and working with authorities (if any).

3. Contract
- Reviewing Company contracts, building the templates, forms, guidelines for the Company's operation.

4. Legal business partner
- Providing legal advice in promotion, advertising matters; in liaison with business teams to manage all corporate legal related matters;
- Working with external counsel, where necessary;
- Managing, following up the litigation case of the Company.

5. Legal Updates
- Updating the new laws, regulations in relation to the Company's operation.

6. External relation
- Maintaining good relationships with local government authorities and agencies that are relevant to the Company's business interests and within the authority of the legal department;
- Actively joining the Korean Company communities to update and learn from experience of the other companies.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- University graduate or higher majoring in Law or related majors. Fluent in English.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience or in the same position (prefer in FMCG, Manufacturing industry)
- Law degree obtained from Law university in Vietnam or a common law country
- Understanding or experience in general corporate law, commercial law, product promotion, competition law, trade compliance... is a plus.
- Having good relationship with authorities is an advantage.
- Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Be proactive at work. Can work independently. Strong problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities, with commitment to delivering results.
