Givingsolicited andunsolicited overall legal advice on different areas to the global the company in Vietnam
- Organization,andsupporting Globalas/whennecessaryfor specific legalmatters.

**Duties**
- Checking, adjusting and approving thecontract and agreementswithin the assigned area
- Further develop, implement and maintain appropriate data privacy policies and procedures to secure data privacy compliance andsupport thedepartments and HRwith data privacy issues
- Giving legal advice on contracts and general Business related issues.
- Provide and supportlegal andcompliance trainingandinformation tomanagers and employees
- Ensuring that all relevant documentation is up to date and is fully accessible.
- Proactively ensure that the organizationmeets possible changes in international and national laws and regulations in the broadest sense in a timely manner.
- Providing legal information to managers and employees.
- Compliance with policies and procedures.

**Preparation and counseling**:

- Legal advice and support to stakeholders (Vietnam & Global), including senior management,local management,subsidiary companies, and staff functions at all levels within the company and within many different legal areas
- General compliance.
- Supporting the General Counsel as requested

**Contract management**:

- Legal review of a wide variety of commercial contracts, including sale and supply agreements, partnership and service agreements, confidentiality agreements, consultancy and various IP agreements
- Assist with drafting legal and compliancepolicies and procedures
- Assist with drafting and maintaining standard contractual documents.
- Assessing contracts with suppliers inform and content. Provide inputforchanges (legal) clauses, e.g., liability, indemnification, law venue, IP rights.
- Processing and handling legal issues and contract issues or externally managing them.
- Creating and negotiating NDAs(Non-DisclosureAgreements) for employees and third parties.
- Dissemination of the determined legal policies and guidelines by giving presentations and acting as a resource for the internal organization.

**Powers**
- Role needs to be self-motivated and independently determine the priorities of the activities that need to be performed.
- Checking, adjusting and approving legal documents within the assigned area of responsibility/accountability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Law
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years of post-qualification Legal work experience from either a law firm or an in-house legal department, or a combination.
- Prefered: Experience in an International company would be desirable.

Pay: 70,000,000₫ - 100,000,000₫ per month
