- Nghiên cứu thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh: Nghiên cứu thị trường, xu hướng tiêu dùng, đối thủ cạnh tranh để xác định các cơ hội và thách thức trong lĩnh vực Performance Marketing.
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các chiến dịch Performance Marketing: Lập kế hoạch, triển khai các chiến dịch Performance Marketing trên các kênh digital như Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads,...
- Theo dõi và tối ưu hiệu quả của các chiến dịch: Theo dõi và phân tích hiệu quả của các chiến dịch Performance Marketing để đảm bảo đạt được các mục tiêu đề ra.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác trong công ty: Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác trong công ty như Marketing, Sales,... để đảm bảo tính hiệu quả của các chiến dịch Performance Marketing.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành marketing, quản trị kinh doanh,... hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực performance marketing, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thẩm mỹ, làm đẹp.
- Có kiến thức và kỹ năng về performance marketing, bao gồm Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads,...
- Có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu, đánh giá hiệu quả của các chiến dịch marketing.
- Có khả năng sáng tạo, tư duy logic, óc thẩm mỹ tốt.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chịu được áp lực công việc.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp nhóm tốt.
