Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Sales teamwork in partnership with our global customers to build loyalty and develop sales growth. We take responsibility for the long-term success of the business by building trusted relationships and an understanding of our customers.

As a Billing Analyst, you will collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams, processing customer's invoices in a ever-changing. You will work with a global team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for more than one particular product line and be assigned for special project(s).

As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Filing, data entry, and administrative support.
- Assisting with receipt and processing of orders.
- Facilitating resolution of inquires and customer concerns related to the order and delivery process.
- Dealing with only limited product line(s) and handling single entry support.
- Handling specials projects as assigned.
- Creating credit memos and concessions to resolve customer issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for execution and delivery of customer projects and requirements
- Working with internal and external customers to ensure timely collections

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have at least High School Diploma
- Display attention to detail, having good IT Skills including experience of SAP
- Demonstrate knowledge/ experience of working in a Billing/Accounting environment
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, able to present to a range of audiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global environment
- Have an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
