Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility will be collection strategy day-to-day execution and recovery of non-performing financings (loans) across the early cycle of collections: from payment reminders to soft collections and field visits (where applicable)
- Review customers statuses and work with customers to resolve debt problems before default.
- Perform collection activities:

- Negotiate settlements and restructure (and other remedial tools) with customers.
- Accounts ownership: maintain good order and records to all correspondences, records and administrative which includes filing and documentation upkeep.
- Provide feedback on strategy improvements to management to maximise collections and reduce charge-off rates.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong negotiations skills
- Outstanding verbal, written and problem-solving skills
- Fluent written & verbal English is the MUST
- Additional South-East Asian language would be a plus
- Min Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- 3+ years Previous experience in B2B / commercial collections
- Financial literacy: ability to read financial statements and assess financial situation of debtors
- Experience in commercial litigation would be a plus
