**Your Job***:

- As the Bill of Materials (BOM) Coordinator, you will be a member of our Asia System team. Your position will collaborate with both US and Asia Footwear teams as well as our factory partners to create BOM for performance running shoes. You will participate in the BOM process for new inline styles, new material-ups and new channel merchandising products. This role will act as a data integrity check for materials in order to build the accurate samples and Cost Breakdown Sheets (CBD).

**Your Responsibilities***:
Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for assigned projects on 2 seasons per year by using Brooks Product Line Management system FlexPLM:

- Achieve on-time performance for all keying deadlines.
- Coordinate with related team (development, materials or factory) to ensure the accuracy for all data entered in the system.
- Upload/input data/files/documents in FlexPLM system and sharepoint to support product creation teams.
- Provide suggestions/ideas to System Analyst for using Flex PLM system to streamline or improve processes.

Deliver Flex PLM trainings to all Flex PLM users if needed.

Track completion of tasks from the development team (by excel files) and compile the BOM status report at each round.
- Support some system projects based on the assignment from System Analyst.

**Qualifications***:
***
- 1+years with Flex PLM system/related systems or shoe experiences in the Athletic Footwear Industry are required.
- Effective English communication skills, Chinese verbal skill is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills that inspire and build the trust resulting in the effective working relationships across the company.
- Keen attention to detail in execution of tasks.

Willingness to learn and explore new knowledge.
- Love working with data/system is a plus.
