**Working location**:145-147 Nguyen Co Thach, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City (hybrid)
- **Working days**: Monday to Friday.

**Main Responsibilities**
***:

- Understand the sale’s request.
- Organize and maintain sales requests.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information on requests for estimation.
- Coordinate with the Delivery team to get an estimation and consolidate it into the final estimation/demo.
- Schedule a plan for the Delivery team to do presale.
- Prepare and distribute activities of presale reports and updates as needed.
- Follow up on the progress of estimation and update daily/weekly.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

**What do you need to excel in this role?**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1+ years of experience in presale or presale coordination is preferred.
- **Proficient in both English and Vietnamese**:

- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills
