**What We Can Offer**:
We are supporting a newly set up European company in mechanical industry to look for a Quality Manager who will oversee and lead the QA/QC department.
- Implements Quality policies and programs in the region, ensuring compliance of plant operations with Company Quality Management System
- Provides technical assistance during the production cycle
- Validates quality requirements and technical specifications of customers and performs follow-up on external audits
- Oversees communication and implementation of Quality Management System including certification, metrology and quality audits
- Oversees verification and control of quality levels of manufactured products
- Responsible for customer satisfaction on the quality of products and services
- Serves as the management representative for all quality related projects and processes, reporting to top management on the performance of the Quality Management System and any need for improvement
**Job Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- At least 5 years as a quality manager in a metal manufacturing facility
- Experience in a multinational company is a plus
- At least 3 years experience as quality inspector
- Knowledge of non-destructive testing is a plus
- Must have knowledge of ISO9000
- Must know how to read engineering drawings
**Skills**:
- Self-starter - capable of starting from scratch and implement a quality management system for a metal manufacturer
- Bilingual, 100% writing and reading and at 70% spoking English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good analytical, statistics, and problem solving skills
