You’ll help shape how freelancers and service buyers connect in Vietnam. - **Take ownership from Day 1** — Your ideas and execution will directly influence business success. - **Collaborate with a regional team** — Work closely with experienced teams in Thailand while driving growth in Vietnam. - **Agile and empowered** — Join a lean environment that values initiative, speed, and thoughtful experimentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute Fastlance's social media and community management strategy across channels (e.g., Facebook, IG, Threads, Zalo, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube). - Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all channels. - Build and manage Fastlance's online communities to foster engagement and trust. - Monitor social listening, capture feedback, and handle social media escalations or crises. - Lead PR activities and manage reputation-building campaigns. - Propose and implement community outreach programs, including offline events, partnerships, and networking activities. - Manage and evaluate the performance of influencer collaborations and social media agencies. - Track campaign effectiveness and propose improvements. **Key Metrics** - Engagement rate and community growth. - Brand sentiment and awareness uplift. - Social campaign CTR and conversion. - Monthly content output and consistency. **Basic Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications Arts, or a related field. - 5+ years in social media within a fast-paced/start-up environment. - Strong copywriting, compelling storytelling, and visual communication skills. - Experience working with or managing influencers and agencies. - Proficient in social tools and Google Sheets. - Excellent command of Vietnamese and English. **Preferred Qualifications** - Prior experience in social & community marketing or influencer marketing within a marketplace or tech product environment. - Passion for empowering freelancers, startups, and small businesses.
