We are seeking a motivated and bilingual individual to join our team as an **Overseas Social Media Operations**. This position requires expertise in managing social media accounts in the **smart hardware-related industry** and a strong understanding of both the Vietnamese and English languages for seamless communication with the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Social Media Accounts**: Oversee and maintain the company’s Facebook and Instagram accounts for the Vietnam market, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engagement with the local audience.
- **Content Planning & Creation**: Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company’s goals, creating high-quality posts, ads, and campaigns that engage users.
- **Monitor & Analyze**: Track social media performance, analyze user engagement and insights, and optimize content strategies to increase reach and interaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to ensure effective communication and alignment of campaigns and strategies.
- **Customer Interaction**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to build positive relationships with the community.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- **Languages**: Bilingual proficiency in **Vietnamese** (native preferred) and **English** (required for team collaboration).
- **Experience**: Proven experience managing social media platforms, preferably in the smart hardware industry or related fields.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, creativity, and analytical abilities.
