Operation Specialist

The Operation Specialist position supports the company's operational activities, coordinating with relevant departments such as production, finance, branding, and customer service to ensure efficient workflow.

1.Production Operations Support:

- Follow and update the progress of activities at the distillery.
- Coordinate with Production Manager/ Distillery Operation Manager to address basic issues arising during operations.
- Provide regular reports on operational status to Line Manager/ Managements.
- Come to visit the distillery 1 time/week.

2. Supply Chain & Logistics Support:

- Track inventory levels and assist in coordinating the import-export of raw materials and products.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure on-time transportation.
- Assist in resolving issues arising in the transportation process.
- Follow up with Export Director to have the export plan then update to the distillery operation to ensure the stock and timeline from the distillery meet the plan of exporting.

3. Legal & Product Registration Support:

- Assist in preparing registration documents and renewing product licenses.
- Get the trademarks, and barcodes for all the brands/SKUs of NND.
- Coordinate with government agencies when necessary for inspections and product certifications.

4. Operational Finance Support:

- Planning the 6-monthly cash plan as well as updating it every month.
- Arrange the payment for the plan in the best way, consider the payments need to be pushed/pending.
- Follow up the purchasing plan from SC team.
- Notify to the finance team of the plan in need of money in a timely manner.

5. Brand Support:

- Follow up with Brand team about brand plan and update to the distillery team to ensure distillery operation as brand plan.

6. Tourism & Hospitality Project Support:

- Coordinate with the tour department to solve problems if any.
- Assist in ensuring customer experience and improving service quality.

7. Administrative Management & Reporting:

- Support document management and administrative procedures at the Cu Chi and Thao Dien offices.
- Report weekly operational activities to Line Manager/ Managements.

8. Ad-hoc requirements from Line Manager & BoDs.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations support, logistics, or production.
- Advanced English
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Basic organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic management tools.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and responsible in work.
- Able to travel for short business trips to the distillery (once a week).
