Job Summary:
We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to ensure personalized service delivery, surpassing guest expectations. Responsible for adhering to sales processes, maximizing sales opportunities, and resolving issues to achieve revenue targets. Gather guest information, present suitable options, and promote TOI destinations and partner products. Monitor sales processes, follow up with guests to increase bookings, and liaise with internal departments for feasibility. Prepare proposals, negotiate fees, and send confirmations and travel documents. Coordinate with Product Department for content updates and tariffs. Maintain guest relationships and provide assistance when needed. Stay updated on product and procedural changes through training sessions and share relevant information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized service to exceed guest expectations.
- Adhere to sales processes and maximize sales opportunities.
- Gather guest information and present suitable options.
- Promote TOI destinations and partner products.
- Monitor sales processes and follow up with guests to increase bookings.
- Liaise with internal departments for feasibility.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate fees, and send confirmations and travel documents.
- Report errors and update content and tariffs.
- Send booking invoices to guests/platform partners.
- Assist in problem-solving for clients on the ground.
- Maintain guest relationships and optimize personal service.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on products and procedures.
- Share relevant information with others.
- Provide product feedback to the Product Department.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest relations or sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of travel industry practices and procedures.
- Willingness to attend training sessions and stay updated on products and procedures.

**Salary**: From 12,000,000₫ per month
