‐ Performing day to day booking of courier express relating to the Company’s production activity, including sending/receiving sample and production garment, fabric, trim.

‐ Contacting with courier express parties to ensure they pick up/delivery sample and production garment, fabric, trim on time.

‐ Sending booking number and keep track status of sample and production garment, fabric, trim then inform relating departments on daily basis.

‐ Preparing month end report including all expenses incurred during the month which are reclassified by departments, suppliers, customers, material, charge back customers, invoice/waiting for invoice.

‐ Preparing payment documents for courier express.

‐ Manage grab accounts, office supplies.

‐ Arrange meals during overtime working.

‐ Act as 6S control of Finance team.

‐ Arrange for general Finance activities.

‐ Other tasks assigned by manager.
