**#CÔNG VIỆC**:
You will work in Customer Development Department (CCD) with eCommerce - Perfect Store Online Team (PSO). PSO is mainly focusing on:

- E-Content: 7 Omni Channel Assets (7OA)
- How to create content that converts - Onsite Search Optimization
- How to win top search result - Onsite Activities Engagement: livestream, CRM, feed content, etc. How to engage with shoppers

**This position will help PSO team on**:
**I. Onsite Activities Engagement (70%)**
- Be a content creator (needed training will be provided) for onsite activities channel on 3 customers (Lazada/Shopee/Tiki) via content allocation, tagline, content feed and content CRM, etc.
- Be an expert on planning onsite activities to achieve KPI (traffic, GMV contribution) via customer package
- Data performance tracking monthly ad define key learnings for moving forward in the next month, always have an optimized solution monthly to uplift
- Talent management: livestream allocation, manage Brand Advisor to ensure livestream on time in full of good performanceOnsite banner (Shop in shop design): create creative brief and brief to agency for key visual development monthly for all online stores
- Co-work with many stakeholders (key accounts, customer strategic planning, brand teams, etc) to deliver daily task.

**II. 7OA listing (10%): follow up new launch announcement and listing on time (BAU)**

**III. To provide administration support, and to follow up agreed actions with cross functional teams (20%)**:

- Legal, Account receivables: in time payment to customer.
- Inbound: PO raising, inbound progress & others.
- Paperwork: contract, liquidation & others.
- Listing SKUs & master data management.
- Monthly claim back.
- Ordering/ Delivery per customer’s request.
- Handle task from PSO team’s request.

**#YÊU CẦU**:

- College/ University graduate/ under-graduate
- 1-year experience in a similar position is a plus
- Recommend one with MTK/content/eCom experience
- Proficiency in using MS Excel
- Hard working, careful, detail-oriented, responsibility
- Willing to learn and have ambition to work with content/eCom.

**Salary**: 10,000,000₫ - 11,000,000₫ per month
