**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and support to the business on various issues, including contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Conduct due diligence.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Work with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Be a trusted advisor to the company leadership and stakeholders for all company legal matters.
- Collaborate with other functions within the company to structure, draft, negotiate, and manage various relationships such as product licenses, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, employment contracts, and other operational arrangements on a global scale.
- Manage external law firms and coordinate with external legal advisors to address specific legal matters.
- Advise and support operational matters such as equity plans, employment issues, and public-facing policies.
- Manage and advise the company against risks and legal issues involved in the operation and management of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- 3-7 years of experience at a top law firm or in-house company.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrate excellent legal judgment, be a good team player and be highly efficient.
- Experience working at a technology company or in the technology sector is preferred.
