**Job description**

Reporting to the local CEO with guidance from the APAC Regional legal team when necessary, the position will work closely with the Board of Directors (BoD) in managing & advising all information related to legal issues, preparing and reviewing contracts, supporting internal departments to resolve daily legal and compliance issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review/drafting/negotiation of global and local contracts with clients and vendors, as well as any other agreements that the company/its affiliates in Vietnam may enter (such as partnership agreements, license agreements.) and other legal documentation.
- Ensuring the compliance of the Company and its affiliates in Vietnam with all applicable laws in Vietnam as well as the internal policies of the Company/Havas/Vivendi’s Group.
- Handling all corporate matters in relation to the Company and its affiliates in Vietnam.
- Be the bridge with regional and global legal teams to execute related legal and compliance topics and implement global/regional group policies at Vietnam level (GDPR, anti-corruption regulations including SAPIN II and others).
- Assist BoD in handling the internal/external complaints, legal cases and debt recovery process (including management of external legal counsel as required).
- Provide legal research and advice for functional departments in legal issues/matters and the operation of the company in respect of Vietnam law.
- Assist BoD in the context of Legal Audit of internal departments as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years in relevant position;
- Understanding of laws/regulations in business management, especially in the media & software development industry;
- Fluently speaking and writing English and Vietnamese;
- Report writing, analysis and synthesis skills;
- Process efficiency, business oriented and focused.
