JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for assisting Commercial Finance Supervisor in partnering with Commercial and Marketing teams, in both short-term and long-term strategies ensuring performance from Gross to Net Sales and A&P spending to provide insightful highlights on potential opportunities and risks for the business, as well as driving mitigations for gap closure.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate with Commercial team and Logistics team for volume projection including Mid-Month Volume Forecast (MMVF), Latest Estimate (LE), Rolling Forecast and Budget (B)
- Providing insightful financial analysis on business performance, in detail of various aspects (channel mix/product mix/market outlook...), support determining strategy and business decision making
- Manage and monitor Sale reductions (A&D) accruals for channels/brands/customers included manage
- Sales & Marketing business partnering:

- Support Sales & Marketing team for A&P day to day budget controlling
- Campaign budget & payment tracking
- Supporting documents review
- ROI pre and post-evaluation support for big and key promotion campaigns and recommendation proposals for improvements.
- Reporting factory: Volumes, Net sales, A&P by brand, by customer, by region monthly for BOM and Brand Owner presentation
- System reporting for Commercial part: Volume, Net Sales, A&P on Prisma, Polaris, JDE including master data maintenance
- New Product Assessment: Partner with Marketing & Sales to simulate the P&L for new SKU reflecting all relevant assumptions, as well as follow up on the actual performance
- Performs other related duties and assists in ad hoc project

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Accountancy & Finance.
- Preferred working experience with a minimum of 2 years solid business partnering/business planning in commercial (Sales & MKT) in big multi-national companies, preferably FMCG industry or Big 4 audit firms.
