JOB PURPOSE


• Take ownership of P&L management to deliver financial performance as per target


• Be responsible for the Finance planning process for the whole AIG Commercial (AOP, PF…), monthly financial closing and reporting process as well as submitting accurate and financial reports to Management and IBG in timely manner.


• Being trusted business partners by providing insightful analysis and financial expertise to support decision making, drive efficiency, productivity and profitability.


• Accountable to drive Segment Profitability, Business Unit Profitability and Return on Investment on Trade and Capital investment

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY DELIVERABLES

P&L and Budget management


• Establish a strong framework to monitor finance performance of all lines of P&L and establish strong governance on P&L to ensure spending is managed under budget to deliver bottom line


• Highlight the overspending or propose the necessary cost actions required


• Manage segments and Business Units spending and profitability and propose necessary actions to bring P&L on track

Reporting and Planning


• Champion for finance planning process for the entire AIG Commercial (AOP, SBP, PF…), monthly financial closing and reporting process as well as submitting accurate and financial reports to Management and IBG timely.


• Working with Business Head and CEO and other functions to develop and execute a strong financial planning process and budget management framework that integrates all external factors and internal drivers. Building financial scenarios to mitigate identified risks.


• Submit all the financial reports required by CFO/CEO, BH per schedule on time and in full, with quality information, insightful comments and analysis.


• Focal point to answers to all questions from Finance about business performance and Financial Planning (PF, AOP, SBP) with actionable solutions.

Governance and Automation


• Lead to simplify and automate the processes to be more efficient, effective, and compliance as per audit observations, and best practices in other territories and in the market


• Conduct frequent self-audit to strengthen controls and minimize risks


• Create and improve processes and put the control as per Audit observations

Business Partnering


• Conduct frequent Profitability reviews with Business Units/Segments to share the Business Units/Segments performance with insightful recommendations.


• Build the business case for NPD or New customers/Business Units with informative data and inputs. Conduct periodic review of actual performance vs business case.


• Perform the SEVA analysis for any new Capex investment or Build or Buy decisions

Talent selection and Development


•Bring talents into the team, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to build the high-performing Commercial and Business Finance team based on the Competency Framework

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES


• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance. MBA/CIMA/CMA/CPA holder is a plus


• Knowledgeable and experienced in financial planning and analysis and business partnering


• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in EN and Vietnamese


• Ability to seek out, manage, and influence opportunities for continuous improvement and change.


•8 years experience in Food processing/FMCG/ Food Ingredient is preferable


• Business-driven and customer-oriented, system and process orientation, excellent interpersonal skills
