Position Summary

1. Maximize sell-outs by working with the dealers on store level.

2. Strengthen profit-based upselling of premium products by optimizing SKU(Stock Keeping Unit) for each store.

3. Minimize faulty products and obsolete inventory through store's inventory management.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Display:

- POSM/POP management, source the right vendors for better costing and right quality of POSM production
- Merchandiser operation

2. Planning:

- Plan and execute the in-store display for MT and GT Channel.
- Plan and execute Newstore opening & Store renovation
- Propose and develop the in-store display strategy, display planogram, and display performance framework by channel, account, and store cluster level.
- Target setting:

- Sales out performance merchandiser
- Display quantity target (45-48 stores)
- Quality deployment

3. Flooring:

- Ensure a sufficient quantity of goods is displayed at the store.
- responsible for the image and the number of goods for the activation at the store.

4. Others:

- Develop technical and interpersonal skills for the team member in the organization chart.
- Design & monitoring route-to-market plan of Field Merchandising team
- Sales monitoring: sell-out vs. target

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent
- At least 4 - 5 year experience In-store display/ or merchandising tasks. Premium/ luxury Retail operation is preferable
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Hardworking and careful
- Ability to work individually or in teams
- Good English communication
