- Tiến hành nghiên cứu và phân tích thị trường để xác định các cơ hội tăng trưởng. _Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities._- Thiết kế và thực hiện các chiến lược phát triển kinh doanh toàn diện cho thẻ tín dụng, thẻ ghi nợ và thẻ trả trước._ Design and implement comprehensive business development strategies for credit, debit, and prepaid cards._- Thiết lập quan hệ đối tác với các bên liên quan chính, bao gồm người bán, công ty fintech và các chương trình khen thưởng. _Establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including merchants, fintechs, and rewards programs._- Xác định và đàm phán các thương vụ mua lại hoặc hợp tác chiến lược để mở rộng danh mục thẻ. _Identify and negotiate strategic acquisitions or collaborations to expand the card portfolio._- Dẫn dắt việc phát triển và ra mắt các sản phẩm và tính năng thẻ mới phù hợp với các phân khúc khách hàng cụ thể. _Lead the development and launch of new card products and features tailored to specific customer segments._- Quản lý vòng đời của các sản phẩm thẻ hiện có bằng cách tối ưu hóa giá cả, chương trình tặng thưởng và lợi ích._ Manage the lifecycle of existing card products by optimizing pricing, rewards programs, and benefits._- Đảm bảo tuân thủ tất cả các quy định có liên quan và tiêu chuẩn bảo mật dữ liệu. _Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and data security standards._- Phát triển và thực hiện các chiến dịch tiếp thị hiệu quả để thúc đẩy việc áp dụng và sử dụng thẻ._ Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive card adoption and usage._- Duy trì mối quan hệ với các đối tác hiệp hội thẻ để cung cấp hỗ trợ tăng trưởng và kinh doanh tùy chỉnh. _Maintain relationship with card association partners to provide customized business and growth support_- Phân tích dữ liệu khách hàng và nhân khẩu học để cá nhân hóa các sáng kiến tiếp thị. _Analyze customer data and segment demographics to personalize marketing initiatives._- Thúc đẩy và huấn luyện cấp dưới của nhóm để đạt được các mục tiêu kinh doanh và mang lại hiệu suất vượt trội._ Drive and coach team subordinates to achieve business targets and deliver outstanding performance._- Phát triển và giám sát các chỉ số hiệu suất chính (KPI) cho hoạt động kinh doanh thẻ. _Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the card business._- Theo dõi và phân tích các số liệu về doanh thu, lợi nhuận và thị phần. _Track and analyze revenue, profitability, and market share metrics._- Chuẩn bị các báo cáo và thuyết trình định kỳ cho quản lý cấp cao. _Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management._
