About the job

To manage the Card-fraud Risk and ensure the indicator of fraud risk are controlled.

Job Responsibilities

• Real-time/Near Real-time monitoring the card/non card transactions and ensure timely detection of fraud risks arising from both issuing and acquiring bank.
• Handling Fraudulent transactions case (both issuing and acquiring bank)
• Receive and process case management based on system alert
• Research and update on card fraud trends and change/update Rule to cover the fraudulent behaviors in card activities.
• Update compliances and alert notification from international card organizations, following to Product team to make sure the system complies with new requirements
• Building processing documentation related to Card/merchant Risk management.
• Participate in Risk analysis, prepare management reports, report on card operations
• Detecting fraud on customers documentation (both issuing and acquiring bank)
• Analyze and process card fraud data to build tool/system or update fraud trends
• Other tasks as team leader requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working in payment industry, experience in card fraud/dispute management is preferred.
• University graduate or higher, specializing in Economics, Banking, Finance, Business Administration.
• Knowledge: domain in Risk management, EKYC, card transaction/card payment
• SQL is required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent English.
• Self-motivated with energy and drive to deliver effective outcomes. Details oriented: pay attention to details with a high level of accuracy.
• Be honest, precise, and detailed.
