- Reviewing and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Managing litigation and regulatory investigations
- Overseeing corporate governance matters, including shareholder relations and board governance
- Supervising, managing and resolving legal disputes

**Job Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- University degree in law (degrees from leading universities in the field of law are preferred or; Law practice certificate, lawyer card or have a law training period in abroad)
- At least 14 years of legal work in the field of finance and banking including 10 years of being assigned to be in charge of the specialized legal field at leading law firms (specializing in finance and banking).
- Good command of English
