**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Dẫn dắt team phát triển Odoo: Phân công nhiệm vụ, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và đảm bảo tiến độ dự án.
- Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, tư vấn giải pháp và triển khai các module Odoo phù hợp với quy trình kinh doanh.
- Thiết kế, phát triển và tùy chỉnh các module Odoo (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting ).
- Quản lý chất lượng source code, đảm bảo tuân thủ chuẩn lập trình và quy trình triển khai.
- Tham gia thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống, tối ưu hiệu năng và bảo mật dữ liệu.
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ các thành viên trong nhóm.
- Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng hoặc bộ phận nghiệp vụ để tiếp nhận, làm rõ yêu cầu và phản hồi giải pháp kỹ thuật.
- Hỗ trợ triển khai, bảo trì và xử lý sự cố hệ thống Odoo.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển Odoo (Community hoặc Enterprise).
- Thành thạo Python và framework Odoo ORM.
- Kinh nghiệm phát triển module mới, tùy chỉnh quy trình nghiệp vụ và giao diện Odoo.
- Hiểu biết cơ sở dữ liệu PostgreSQL, quản lý migration và tối ưu query.
- Có kinh nghiệm về tích hợp Odoo với hệ thống bên ngoài qua API (REST, XML-RPC).
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, giao tiếp tốt và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm / dẫn dắt dự án.
- Ưu tiên có kiến thức về Docker, Git, CI/CD, và triển khai trên môi trường cloud.
