**About the role**
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking, creativity, and executional excellence. You’ll lead initiatives to drive user engagement, retention, and emotional connection with our AI companions—especially those representing high-profile personalities like Ronaldinho and upcoming celebrity partners.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product development, and user experience, requiring someone passionate about gaming/sport, storytelling, and community growth.
**Responsibilities**
**Growth Strategy & Market Expansion**
- Direct and oversee growth strategy to strengthen brand presence and user base in _Vietnam_, while identifying expansion opportunities across SEA.
- Lead competitive and market research initiatives to localize campaigns and messaging effectively.
- Guide the development of viral, referral, and affiliate-driven growth loops to scale user engagement and retention.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, influencer) to drive product adoption and user engagement.
- Ensure collaboration across cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
**Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing**
- Oversee and direct multi-channel digital ad campaign strategy across X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Manage team execution of ad creatives, targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.
- Lead strategy for A/B testing ad funnels, landing pages, and creative assets across each region.
**Analytics & Optimization**
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, etc.).
- Lead collaboration with product and data teams to implement attribution models and marketing automation tools.
**Product & User Engagement**
- Direct partnership with Product and Design teams to craft compelling user experiences that resonate with fan communities.
- Oversee the design of engagement loops, reward programs, and creative touchpoints that encourage repeat interaction with AI companions.
- Guide analysis of behavioral data and user feedback to enhance emotional and experiential engagement.
**Celebrity & KOL Activation**
- Lead campaign ideation and launch strategy for celebrity/KOL AI companions
- Direct cross-channel activations, PR moments, and fan community engagement.
- Manage collaboration with influencer marketing and PR teams to expand global awareness.
**Community & Brand Growth**
- Oversee and guide the building and nurturing of online communities of users and fans through social media, Discord, and fan platforms.
- Lead identification of cultural trends and engagement opportunities to keep the brand relevant and exciting.
- Direct brand storytelling and voice development that humanizes our AI companions.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree**in **Marketing, Communications**, **Business or Economics** or related field in top universities in Vietnam or in developed countries.
- Minimum of** 5 years** of experience in marketing, preferably in digital products, gaming, entertainment, or consumer tech. Having 2 years experience of team management.
- Have a solid background in the **entertainment industry** (Video games, streaming, Film or TV, Interactive media, Animation, Theater or Live Performance, etc).
- **Passion for Football & Celebrities.** Strong enthusiasm for football and knowledge of football stars and other celebrities/KOLs onboard with AI AVATAR. A deep understanding of sports culture and fandom is a plus. Ability to connect with and engage users who are fans of these personalities.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam’s digital audience, social media behaviors, and influencer ecosystem.
- Proven track record in **campaign management, community growth, and influencer marketing**, **user engagement funnels.**
- Proven ability to engage with customers and** build a loyal community** around a product or service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex product ideas and gather feedback effectively.
