**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
The Business Intelligence Analyst position will be responsible for validating the usefulness and necessity of existing reports, gathering additional reporting
requirements, and determining the development priorities for a data warehouse. You will typically use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic, and ETL software to build solutions, assure data quality, perform analysis and interpret data. You will also lead all efforts related to data management, including data definitions, data quality, data ownership, and data administration.
- Analyzing business requirements and processes
- Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
- Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
- Collecting data and providing reports to improve business processes and executing the company’s mission
- Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- ** 3 years of experience in business intelligence and at least 2 years of experience in an analytics role, using Power BI or similar tools.**:

- Be comfortable with the dimensional modeling activities and excellent facilitation skills; experience with the source systems is a plus
- A solid understanding of the business requirements and the types of analysis to be supported, along with an appreciation for making data more useful and accessible
- Is extremely user-centric and have a genuine interest in resolving the problems of the business
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, information science or a related field and a master’s degree, particularly in business analytics, is an added advantage
- A Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification through the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is an added advantage
