**What will you do?**
- Consult with internal Operation team and external P&L stakeholders to translate their key questions and knowledge gaps into timely and impactful research plans
- Investigate & define clear insights across users base and business verticals using data-driven methodologies
- Provide analytical and insights support to the Operation teams
- Provide analytical guidance and competitor research to help drive projects across the Operation and business solutions teams
- Champion survey-based data with behavioral and transactional analytics to enrich insights

**Requirements**:

- 2 years+ Experience in market research or DA (data analyst) for Ecommerce, FMCG, consumer products...
- Problem solver and data driven - thinks through issues with structure and leverage to data inform their decision and solutions
- Good marketing and research knowledge. Ability to conduct customer analytics to build good insights about customers and serve as basis for decision making
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- Excellent written and communication skills and a good team player with cross functional team
