**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to create data-driven strategies that improve our company's processes and increase our market share. You will be working closely with a broad range of teams including Client Services / Product / Engineering / Finance / Marketing to provide business intelligence reporting, address complex questions and help identify key metrics to drive data-driven decision making. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about data, has not only the existing technical skills to be a successful Data Analyst but also the business acumen and a highly analytical mind to directly contribute to our business strategy. Ultimately, your technical expertise and understanding of operating metrics and KPIs will help our Senior Management team identify key growth opportunities.

You should have good written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to learn new knowledge and business domain is highly valued in this role. There is plenty of room for advancement within the team or otherwise within our growth-staged company, and we are looking for ambitious people to join and grow with our company.

**As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll get to**:

- Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
- Support the business with time-critical data analysis and improve business operations by using cutting edge operational research and modelling methods
- Create dashboards and reports to allow teams to easily explore data pertinent to their ongoing operations
- Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
- Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
- Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
- Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Must have**
- 2+ years professional experience in Business Intelligence, Business / Data Analyst roles
- A quantitatively focused education (minimum BSc in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science etc.)
- Familiar with SQL and have a hands-on expertise with relational databases and data warehouse methodologies
- You have a solid understanding of statistical techniques, strong problem-solving skills as well as the ability to derive actionable insights from massive data sets
- You can design clean and intuitive dashboards in popular Data Visualization tools, such as Holistics/Power BI or Tableau, and have outstanding Excel skills
- You are comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- You have experience in working directly with business stakeholders and delivering actionable data-driven strategies
- You have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A “can do” proactive attitude - gets stuff done
- Passion for providing data and analysis for stakeholders
- Detail oriented, outcome and process focusedCuriosity
- Ability to build excellent relationships quickly across the company

**Nice to have**
- A quantitatively focused education, in Statistics, Finance, Banking, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience with data-oriented programming languages, such as Python, R,
- Experience with big data technologies (Qubole, Spark, HIVE, Hadoop, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience within Finance / Stock / Banking business domain
- Confluence, Jira, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Snowflake, Holistics, Figma,...
