Handle assigned brands/products.
Leads the Group in delivering volume, market share & profit targets
Leads the Group in developing effective Marketing Strategies and Plans
Allocates resources appropriately within the Group to deliver business results
Leads the recruitment, performance and development/training program
Leads process & systems development/improvement
Collaborates with various functions setting & implementing the Category/ Brand’s OGSM

**Job Requirement:

- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Must have branding experience within FMCG space
- Must be a strong strategic thinker with a “can-do” attitude
- Must have at least 5 years branding / category management experience at the Brand Manager
- Preferably from multinational company, FMCG multinational company in a similar capacity
- Ability to work cross functionally and managing/leading cross functional teams
- Excellent in marketing concept, market strategy and analysis, brand awareness, product development
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, strategic planning and leadership skills
