**Responsibilities**:
- **HR Share Services**_**:
2. Handle employee onboarding process, including but not limited to
- Greet employee on the onboarding date
- Collect required onboarding documents from employees
- Guide employees to sign company policies
- Employee OHR ID creation and activation
3. Be responsible for Employee Exit process
4. Responsible for social insurance enrollment and deregistration with local government
5. Employee onboard & exit data maintenance
6. Employee data update in HR system accordingly
7. Work with Global visa team on Visa/EP process for expats
8. Handle Q&A on company policies and benefits
9. Assist on internal & external audits
- **HR Tasks**:_
- Work in partnership with the Vietnam Operation leader as business partner, contributing to the implementation of the business strategy.
- Responsible for supporting, designing, developing and leading the execution of the unit people strategy and plans.
- Fully understand the Genpact people strategy and practices and localize & customize the same in Vietnam by cooperating with Genpact corporate HR team. Details include but not limited to designing and implementing HR policies in Vietnam in accordance with the labour law, Talent & Career Management, Performance Management & Development, Reward & Recognition processed, People Practices, capability building / Talent Development, Strengthen Employee Relations, Talent engagement & Retention, HR operation (payroll) & Compliance.
- Provide HR leadership and coaching to managers regarding employee relation issues.
- Lead significant HR projects and processes including succession planning, salary planning, performance management and organization design.
- Partner with business leaders to interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Ensure HR metrics fully reflected in daily people management and meet the targets.
**2. Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with good command of spoken and written English.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Admin, C&B admin, etc.
- Good knowledge of Labor Law on social Insurance, and Human Resources field.
- Resilience, fast, positive working attitude, strong ability of learning and understanding.
- Strong communication skills and service awareness.
- Be good at Microsoft Office software.
- Experience working with global teams is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 18,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫ per month
Expected Start Date: 2025/04/01
