1. Technical Solution (70%)
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements, technical solutions, and technical outputs of your team.
- Design technology architecture and execute solutions, and be a major contributor to the company's overall architectural direction.
- Identify the technical risk and planning mitigation actions with regard to the risk impact and other priorities.
- Provide the technological know-how that is needed to deliver the product.
- Research and PoC for new technologies or solving new problem statements.

2. Project execution (20%)
- Document technical designs, processes, and create requirement analysis documents.
- In charge of the implementation of new technologies and providing recommendations and inform stakeholders about potential threats.
- Review code, standardization code, and business requirements for developer team.
- Responsible for all technical items of the project
- Coordinate with Stakeholders, QA Lead, BA, and Scrum Master to make sure the project executing smoothly.

3. Leadership (10%)
- Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members.
- Be in charge of employee performance reviews and the company’s Objectives.
- Coach and mentor middle/senior developers.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 7 years experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Experience of 2+ years in Architecture of Design and or Technical Lead role.
- Expert in.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework (core) and SQL Server, and Security Guidelines.
- Strong experience architecting, developing, and deploying modern architectural patterns/techniques (Microservices, DDD, TDD...)
- Experience starting new development streams including team building, shaping delivery standards including testing strategy and quality control.
- Strong experience working with Azure (or AWS) with CI/CD pipelines and testing.
- Experience working in Service Mesh, Containers, Message broker, Event as Docker, and Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, and Service Fabric
- Experience supporting a production service in a DevOps-friendly environment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication inEnglishis required.
