ACG_1896_JOB- Oversee the generation of revenue across different products, such as cash, trade, and Global Markets within the Financial Institutions portfolio-
- Effectively handle ongoing opportunities throughout the year to meet established financial goals within each product category-
- Support the facilitation of swift payments and maintain relationships with customer teams by providing intermediary services for transactions conducted through correspondent banks, intervening when necessary-
- Ensure the availability and reliability of credit lines to effectively support the banks interactions with Financial Institutions-
- Maintain high-quality information systems to support business operations and ensure consistency in adhering to established policies, processes, and procedures for optimal efficiency, compliance, and cost management-
- Mitigate risks associated with correspondent banking activities to prevent exposure and minimize impact-
- Foster ongoing engagement with correspondent banks to access necessary products across various business lines-
- Conduct and approve customer due diligence according to prescribed standards for correspondent banking-
- Expand the network of correspondent banks to meet the banks needs consistently-
- Address and resolve issues between correspondent banks and the bank to streamline operations across all units-
- Negotiate pricing on behalf of clients for products offered by correspondent banks to maintain competitiveness-
- Ensure compliance with recommended learning/training hours for both self and direct reports through various training activities-
- Develop proper succession plans and promote career growth for key roles and direct reports through performance management, coaching, mentoring, and job rotation.
