1. Strategic planning and monitoring

2. Financial strategy development: Ensure the financial strategy is consistent with the Group's medium- and long-term development orientation.

3. Financial forecasting and analysis: Provide important forecasts (revenue, expenses, cash flow) and financial control for early warning.

4. Investment project analysis: Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, providing a basis for the Board of Directors' decisions.

5. Budget planning: Establish and establish budget control principles.

6. Financial management and operations

7. Controlling cash flow throughout the system: Balancing revenue and expenditure throughout the system, ensuring liquidity (debt repayment, spending) is not interrupted.

8. Capital mobilization: Work with financial institutions (banks, credit institutions, investment funds) to ensure sufficient capital for operations and investments.

9. Payment & Cost Control: Ensure payment transactions are accurate, on time, comply with regulations and optimize operating costs.

10. Profit Management: Analyze profits by product/channel/member company and propose measures to improve profit margins, optimize business efficiency.

11. Management Report Analysis: Analyze financial information, periodic management reports and advise the Board of Directors to grasp operational efficiency and make decisions.

12. Establish and control the financial management system: Ensure compliance with financial, accounting and legal principles.

13. Financial Risk Management

14. Develop a mechanism to deal with and warn of risks from the market (exchange rate, interest rate) and propose strategic adjustments.

15. Evaluate and advise on risk factors related to investment projects and economic contracts.

16. Other tasks as required by superiors.

■Requirement :

• University degree or higher in Finance, Accounting

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CFO position

• Have CPA/ACCA/CFA certificate or MBA degree

• Understanding of tax law, Vietnamese accounting standards

• Leadership skills, strategic analysis and communication

• Experience in investment consulting, M&A…

-Experience in RESTRUCTURING and IPO (Must)

■Working Location :
Go Vap, HCMC

■Working Hour : 8:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Saturday mornings)

■Salary : Negotiable
