The role is to support Manager to manage the operation of Teller department. The main responsibilities include:

- Support Manager to approve/ reject transaction, to provide instruction within delegated authority
- Double check daily transaction and support other staff to fulfil their duties
- Check, verify and approve daily transaction in Aither system
- Check and reconcile transaction history reported by staff and give instructions to solve surplus and shortage of money
- Cooperate with other departments to process transaction smoothly
- Report to manager any concerns during performance
- Represent the bank to contact/ consult customers relating to above mentioned services and other assigned activities of marketing

**Job Requirement**:

- University graduates (major in Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, Finance and Accounting);
- At least 3 years of working experience in teller job
- Sound knowledge of relevant Vietnamese Regulations
- Previous cash handling experience would be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good proficiency in English (Speaking & Writing)
- Customer service and well work in team with high responsibility
